Scooter arrived with 8E Error code but Customer Service was excellent! Communicated and mailed a new control panel and it fixed problem. I received my Scooter March 6 D.O.A. and in just 13 days sent me the fix and a phone holder. Very Happy! Thank you

Amazing unit. All specs are correct. I also have a laotie ti30 that i paid 1800 for the does 0 to 52 in 3 seconds and also weighs 114 lbs. This j15 weighs in at only 61lbs. Top speed says 31mph on display actual on gps is 35 in gear 3. gear 1 is perfect for sidewalks, gear is for back roads or side streets and gear 3 for great performance. I added aftermarket mirrors and hardcase. Light on it are good too i also added a 24000lmn recharge light so at night you done over drive the headlights. Battery performance and stability as well as spped control are well worth it. Definitely much more manageable than the laotie ti30. For the price point you can’t beat it. Highly recommend the j15 freeboy. Give it a 5 star rating. You wont be disappointed. 😁 😁 😁
